• Return requests for shipped hardcopy items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Downloadable software products or digital floor plans once delivered.
• Damaged items due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at Sales@aspaxconstruction.com with your order details and reason for the return.
2. Await authorization and detailed instructions for returning the item.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided, ensuring proper packaging.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds for hardcopy items will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Exchanges for hardcopy items are subject to availability and may take additional processing time.

6. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aspax Construction is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.

8. Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes related to returns will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
